Breakfast was fine, the building was away from the busy part of town.

I was on a motorcycle. The decorative pavers on the entry drive was very rough.

Breakfast was good. Location is good as well. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. The facility was clean and neat.

Breakfast was cold. Very noisy. Loud people across the hall and threw their trash and dirty linens in the hallway outside our door.

The location is close to the airport, restaurant, and stores.

The room was so stink. My husband and I was mortified how horrific the smell was. We informed the nice lady who was working night shift she tried helping us as best should could but the smell didn’t leave. It was so bad my husband went to the store and purchased cleaning supplies and sprays to help the smell. The room simply needed deep cleaning. We spoke with management and the only thing they could do was refund the money and we find another place but it was such an busy weekend we didn’t find any other place. We suffered for two days because we needed to be there to support our child during basketball tournaments but checked out earlier than usual time.

AC was out of order. it’s not on the guest to report broken ACs. It has to be checked before guests are coming

I didn't like the bed it was very hard. The shower was only hot water I would not allow me to cool it down.

Breakfast was awful , when it was there , the floor in the room was dirty , the room had a disgusting smell, I narrowed it to the showers curtain in the bathroom I spoke to Lydia at the front desk , she was very helpful , they changed the curtain and cleaned(?) the bathroom . Lydia did offer us another room when one was available , the smell was better but it was still there so we stayed in our room for a week !

Breakfast was just OK.

I asked for towels in the morning, and didn't get them until the next day, I get they were short staffed, but when I called down to ask for some, I was told they were locked up and couldn't be gotten to.

The front desk lady was nice.

Basically everything. Very dirty room. Carpet was not vacuumed and had toe nail clippings from someone else. There were a couple of dead bugs. Our floor was under construction. Didn’t eat breakfast cause it looked very sketchy. The bed sheets had old piss and blood stains on it. So grossed out and will not be coming back.

Breakfast was poor. OJ watery, gravy for biscuits was just dumped from can & not heated, low on bread & bagels. Coffee was good though.

It was ready on time and very clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.

No sound attenuation between rooms. Could not sleep due to the noise of people talking, water, and fixtures running. The sheets were stiff and uncomfortable. The breakfast was third rate. Was not expecting 5 stars but was really disappointed.
