Second time I’m here with my husband. We need a place to stay while we are building our home in Tennessee. Everything was excellent 💜

Great location, minutes from interstate, grocery store and fast food. It’s a one hour drive to the Gatlinburg but worth the scenic drive. Pool area and grounds are phenomenal and very well kept. Cottage is bigger than pictures show and plenty of privacy.

We had a very relaxing time just hanging out by the pool, the property was beautiful.

This cottage was absolutely perfect! Quiet location but close to everything imaginable! All 4 of us (2 dogs) loved walking the property daily and talking to the chickens, horse, and of course Lady. The accommodations were better than the photos, if that is even possible. We WILL be back!

This was a great place to stay for the week. We had 3 plus a dog, and there was plenty of room. Great yard to run our dog before going to area attractions. The pool was well maintained, and the screened in porch was a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay and though it was off the beaten path of the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge strip, the location was within a pleasant drive. We would recommend this place for sure.

A great location in the city of Maryville, TN that allows for easy access to the whole of East Tennessee. Richard and Martha are wonderful hosts. They have a very private, well appointed, beautifully decorated guest house that is sure to please everyone. We and our dog enjoyed being greeted by Lady in the morning on our morning walks around the property. We hope to return in the future to continue our exploration of East Tennessee.

A nice screened in and furnished porch, great wi-fi, a great location for getting to downtown Maryville and/or the national park.

We cannot begin to express how great our stay was! We stayed for two months while our home was being built! This is a beautiful property with everything you need that is in a perfect location. We will definitely recommend the cottage to friends that visit that area. Thank you for such awesome hospitality!

We really enjoyed our short stay here while visiting family. The cottage was comfortable, private, and clean. The pool was excellent as well. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful area of Maryville. Large property to walk around. "Cottage as described on website". Plenty of room for 2-3 people. Kitchen well equipped, even had a crockpot! Owners very nice and on-site. Owners house separate from cottage, but connected via carport. Lots of room for pets to roam around. Horses and chickens on property but well away from cottage. And yet still within the city limits. Large bedroom with walk-in closet to stow your gear. We were there 30 days, and would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed this gem with our college student from UT. Nice break away from Knoxville. Enjoyed walking the property with our pups and lounging by and swimming in the heated pool. Comfortable cottage with everything we needed to feel right at home.

Richard and Martha go out of their way to make you feel at home. The cottage is very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I loved everyday!!! The pool was amazing, the cottage was beautifully decorated and everything was so comfortable!! I wish I had a bed like that!! Terrific owners, I hope to comeback someday.

I really enjoyed my stay. The cottage was very well appointed and my host very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying for anyone visiting the Maryville area.

Richard and Martha are fantastic. They are the best. The King sized bed was very comfortable. The reason for the Conditional Rating is for us the Cottage was a bit overcrowded with personal stuff. This would not be a problem for people enjoying a short stay of a couple of days living out of a suitcase. Our stay, however, was for 3 months full time and we had a difficult time working around the personal objects stored in the Cottage. Even though our Hosts left us an empty corner carousel in the Kitchen it was not adequate for full time storage of food items that are needed for full time living. The empty chest of drawers gave us enough storage for our small item of clothing but the closet needs more hanging room and removal of items like bolts of cloth and bedding materials. Over all we enjoyed our stay and want to thank Richard and Martha for being such congenial hosts.

Had privacy, yet family very friendly when we saw them. House very nice and had everything we needed and more.

The Cottage has everything that you need for a stay. Fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, screened porch, wifi, cable tv (yes, there is one in the living room too) and access to the pool. It was easy for my father to get around in his wheelchair too. We stayed here while we were in town so that my father could visit with his family. On our last day, we had 10 family members over for dinner. With the use of the screened porch and pool deck, we had plenty of room. The location is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently located to everything in Maryville. Our hosts were terrific and gave us the run of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Everything was very nicely appointed and clean, the grounds are beautiful, the pool was a bonus and we were close to every convenience. A drive to the mountains took 20 minutes. Our dog enjoyed the screened porch. Richard and Martha were very gracious and they are lovely people. We liked our stay so much we are returning again next year. By far the best vacation rental we have ever had.

You can tell when someone really takes pride in doing something they care about and that was my immediate impression upon arrival. This cottage really has everything you will need while away from home. Since we were on motorcycles touring the area and it rained on us everyday, we found the washer and dryer to be the most convenient items located in this cottage. I also loved enjoying a morning coffee in their screened in porch. The setup experienced at this lovely cottage is hands down much better then staying at a local hotel. Thanks again for a great week!

This location gave us the opportunity to look for a home while giving us a quiet retreat at night. Owners are welcoming and receptive. Highly recommend this rental !

These folks were easy to deal with throughout the booking of the property, and a pleasure to deal with while we were there. We were here on a much needed and short vacation, and it's hard to be clear on just how relaxing this property was. One of us is an adult paraplegic, and the property was easy for him to navigate and well-suited to the challenges he often faces when vacationing. I highly recommend it and the people renting it.
