Breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs. Fake juice. Tasteless waffle.

They didn't accept my AARP card for discount. Price too high for the poor quality.

Location and staff.

Elongated toilet bowl with a small round toilet lid, inside door handle of room fell off, toilet float stuck after one flush, shower handle spun around making it hard to get hot water or turn shower off. Repaired unpainted holes throughout room and full length mirror was no longer on wall.

No elevator! We are older and have never stayed at a facility that did not have elevator service, that should probably be put on you Website. The breakfast room didn’t even have any napkins; and when we asked for some at the front desk, was just told they didn’t have any….

the staff was rude and non assistive, our room was not cleaned we called to the desk multiple times for extra linems and were never brought any the pool was green green the breakfast was cold

Was on second floor, no elevator. Pool was filthy, two trash cans in pool area running over with trash from day before.
