Room was very clean, except for the shower curtain which had a few dots of mold on it and was switched out for us. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly kind. I wiped the bathroom floor down with Clorox wipes to ensure it was clean (habit) before we used it, and the wipes remained white. The room was much bigger than many other nearby hotels, and they are renovated/updated as the photos show. There’s a nice coffee shop right across the street and beach access is easy and close. The pool was clean and it was nice to eat lunch (to-go from a nearby restaurant) at a table poolside. The elevator worked perfectly and we never had any issues with the FREE parking, which was nice.

The woman we spoke to at the front desk was incredibly rude. She was the only staff member we had a problem with. We asked her twice on our first day for a replacement shower curtain (moldy). The first time, she said she’ll send one up. Hours later, when we asked again, she said they didn’t have any extras and she’d send one up the next day. The next afternoon I called down to see if they had a new shower curtain for us yet and she rushed me off the phone, once again saying she’ll send one up in a while, with a huge attitude. I happened to see housekeeping in the hallway, asked them for one, and it was replaced in our room immediately along with fresh towels and emptied trash cans without me mentioning either of those things. In fact, I told them we just needed the shower curtain and not to worry about anything else, but they insisted. Obviously, the woman at the front desk just didn’t want to be bothered by our request and had never passed it along. If you’re looking for oceanfront and super fancy, you’ll want to book elsewhere. However, if you care about cleanliness, space, free breakfast, and free parking, this is a wonderful option. We almost booked a place that was twice as much and were so glad that we didn’t.

Everything was clean always! Wet floor almost all ways mopped up! Rooms where nice and big.

Wish breakfast was different everyday or had a waffle maker!
