rooms were nice

they overbooked the hotel so the room we booked which was 2 conjoining rooms with a central living area was no longer available. We had 6 in our group and the hotel ended up giving us 3 separate single rooms on different floors which made sure we all luckily had somewhere to sleep. Although the only reason we came to this hotel was because of the conjoined room setup so that we could spend the weekend together and not have to have a ton of room keys and be running around the hotel to see each other like we could have done at any other hotel which was closer to our destination.

Very clean and affordable.

The pool was freezing and small and no free breakfast included.

The staff was friendly, very nice hotel. Great stay and comfy bed!

Rooms were spacious

There was a water main break above my room and many of my items were soaked in the process. We had to move rooms and it was inconvenient. There was also not compensation given for the inconvenience.

Very clean and well kept. The pool area and outdoor patio was a great place to spend time with my family. The room layout on the Queen Sweet was really nice also.

The staff at the front desk always seemed distracted on their phones. I had to ask for a luggage cart and where the elevators are and they spoke as though I should have known those things already. I felt like an interruption to them.

It is a clean, modern facility in a business park.

Room was serviced every third day. Breakfast not included.

Aesthetically pleasing rooms and spacious, very comfortable beds

The toilet was not clean at all and had dried feces up under the rim dripping down.
