There was no breakfast or any other food.

The soap provided was like plastic with no lather at all. Even after getting new ones it was the same.

Location was close to my job.

I booked a king room with couch bed. When I arrived the owner told me he doesn’t have those rooms that he would have to charge me more for a 2 bed room. I declined and he refused my refund. My coworker booked a king bed, the front desk told him he had no king beds left that he would charge him extra and put him in a double room. He declined and we all were leaving. Suddenly the rooms we booked were available. He was trying to get more money because the hotel was empty. One room had no outlets installed. The other rooms smelled like mold. The wifi that was supposedly free here turned off at night. The hotel is expensive because of its location. Not worth it. Drive further.

Ice machine was not working

The room was very pretty clean crisp and sparkly. The staff was ok he was filling in for the owners. But there was NO HOT WATER. I let the faucet run for 20 minutes and still no hot water.

NO HOT WATER. i let it run for 20 minutes and still no hot water, i spoke with a few people that have stayed and they also said they had no hot water. THAT IS RIDICULOUS.
