Disgusting!! There was a cockroach found in the bed sheets!! I have photos if you care to see them of this complete lack of care!!

Ramadas were considered at least mid luxury hotels in the past. This one had pink and black floor tile and green and black carpet on the stairs. Awful. The curtains in our room were coming off the rods. From the outside, you could see curtains in rooms that were ripped. It appears the help are limited to changing sheets and cleaning bathrooms, but nobody seems to be overseeing the big picture. I was disappointed, especially for having to pay close to $200 for one quick night of sleep

Unsupervised children playing chase at 3 am and 6 am. The smell of mildew and dampness.

Room did not have microwave nor fridge and was needed for baby milk. No toilet paper upon arrival

I DIDN'T STAY HERE, I MADE A RESERVATION, AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY SAID THERE WASN'T A HOT TUB, IN WAS OUT OF USE FOR MAINTENANCE. SO, I CANCELED MY RESERVATION, NEVER STAYED, NO ROOM ASSIGNED AND WAS CHARGED $125.35

convenient to the Waco area. the front desks staff was very professional. the area internet was down, the front desk attendant and the owner / manager worked hard to connect via a hot stop to get use check in.

There was a bed bug on my bed and on my friend 's bed as well. I will not be staying there again. Lobby floor looked to have drops of blood on it by the elevator.

I reserved a room on the 2nd floor I got put on the first floor Finally got moved to a room on the second floor but the room we got put in the tv was messed up the curtain on the window was broken and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. Not to mention no one ever came to clean our room
