Really can't find any

Although the rooms are separate from the casino, I must walk into the casino in order to check in. The room is really old. It needs upgrade from faucet to TV, etc. Breakfast is a take out bag with a breakfast sandwich, cheese string, a small fruit cup and orange juice. Since I took the breakfast bag when I checked in, as who wants to want to walk inside a smoke filled casino again, we needed to put the bags into the mini fridge in the room but found it not working. Picked up the room phone and it with a sticker of front desk dial 540, tried a few time, not going through. Finally saw the front desk button and pressed and they sent someone to take a look. Looked like housekeeper knocked off the power supply. When we tried to use the microwave to warm up the breakfast sandwich, it didn't function well at all and needed to hold and press the dial for it to work.

Big room and big bed. Excellent heating too for a wintery night.

Ice machine broken. Had to stay in building across the street on an extremely snowy night and we were soaked. All the action, food, casino, pool and ice were all over there.

we liked the location and comfort of the hotel. staff was nice and very willing to help.

It was too smoky (cigarettes) inside the casino/hotel. Once inside the room, this was not an issue.

Location was great! Nice restaurant in the hotel with good food. The indoor swimming pool was a nice surprise.

The room was a little outdated. No working usb charger.

The sheets were dirty , carpet looked like it was never clean , the breakfast was gross nothing like the picture they have on the website, just a to go bag with a frozen breakfast sandwich .. will never stay here again

out dated badly. the non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. the casino allows smoking and is right below the open restaurant. the restaurant menu was not good. they advertise a free breakfast and it comes in a bag. I’ve never seen that at any hotel. will never be back. I’ve stayed at a lot of Ramada hotels and this was by far the worst.

clean, excellent-excellent staff from the front desk to the cleanliness of the facilities! loved that they still abide by the old days of going above and beyond, they included 2 bottles of water, cookies, mints, coffee, tea, a place to order a great local burger, and a free breakfast and coffee, The bed was very comfortable.

There is always room for improvement so if I were to be nit picky, I would say: the heater, refrigerator, and toilet was a bit loud, wish there was a way to muffle the sound. The plumbing may need to be cleaned out given it seemed to plug up a bit. with that said, I would stay again 100% and for what you get, you cannot beat the price and quality, so I look to be a repeat customer if passing through again.

it was beautifully directed and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and fun. The beds are very comfortable. However, it feels like you are in the olden days. Everyone has a good time!

Breakfast.Stayed 6 months ago and was given a pre packaged breakfast due to Covid they said. Ok,but to have the same set up 6 months later is a pure excuse considering that most establishments are back to their normal pre Covid routine Also the quality of the packaged goods is terrible-ended up going to Mcdonalds

Breakfast bags were pretty good. Needed to be microwaved.

Mostly everything. This place is a poor excuse for a casino, masquerading as a substandard hotel. Most rooms are across the busy highway with limited parking. Room was definitely not clean. We were initially given a room that hadn't even been prepped. In the future we would avoid this hotel and perhaps even Ely altogether.

Was a comfortable place nice beds but need to upgrade your toilets to ADA approved alot of older people staying at a casino not children
