It was pleasant at first. The room was clean but a bit worn. It worked for what we needed while we waited for our place to be ready to move into.

I couldn’t get into my room after extending my stay through Booking.com. We went to the front desk and no one was there to assist us. We waiting for 15min, still no one. I called the desk and my boyfriend went looking for someone to help us. We had just worked over 12hr each that day and were very tired. My boyfriend found an employee mopping the stairs. He told my boyfriend he’d be there in 10min in a rude manner. This name was Randy and he was very rude. I explained to him that I had already paid for the stay through Booking.com. I don’t know if he wasn’t listening or didn’t mind charging me a second time for my stay. He lied to me and said he needed my card for “incidentals.” He never said that he was charging me again for the entire stay, as I had already paid close to $400 with booking.com. When I looked at my account, he put my card through for another almost $600, without my permission. It was supposed to be for security and “incidentals.” He knew exactly what he was doing. I will never stay at another extended stay hotel and I am making sure I tell all the nurses I know not to stay at this business as well.

Rooms were clean with a lot of space.

Checking in took forever bc card reader was down. Key cards wouldn't work. Got locked out of our room at midnight, and no one was around to help. No help at the desk. No answering phones. We couldn't get any help for over 20 mins!

Staff was accommodating. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent.

Disappointed with breakfast. Very limited offering. Room very shabby. Scuffed furniture. Need hand towel hooks. Kitchen needs paper products.

The suite was clean and nicely set up. It had a kitchen in it I was not expecting. I did not use it but it was clean. I had the ground floor and was happy with this.

The parking lot is narrow and finding a place after dinner was hard. I had to park in the narrow lot away from the building. The TV did not work and I wasn't the only one this night. They were having problem with it. I did report it.

Staff was nice and welcoming, room was clean, and comfortable. Did not pay for wifi but the free wifi worked just fine.
