I called the hotel about the swimming pool and they lied about the pool in operational condition. I explained to them the whole reason the pool is important is because my grandbabies are not real trusting of the ocean so the pool was critical. They were also over $100 more to stay then the Red Roof Plus which is where we stayed. That was a great hotel for the accommodations and staff.

Overall was clean and quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again

At check in they required the id from everyone so had to go back out to get it from my boyfriend. Breakfast was supposed to be till 930am but we came at 830am and they were already removing stuff and putting it away. Only one type of creamer available. Only waffles and toast, no selection had to go elsewhere to get an actual breakfast. No coffee in room so had to leave for that too. Rear entrance door doesn't close without being pushed or pulled shut so it was open and accessible to anyone outside the building key or no.

It was okay.

Room needed some paint. There was paint spots missing that needed some paint. Bathroom too small.

The hotel itself was fine bit the staff was so rude and disrespectful. They cursed at me and were so rude to my.husband. do not spend your money there.

Breakfast could have been better. Not enough variety. Limited. Breakfast started at 5:30 ended at 9:30. No coffee after 9:30.

The breakfast personal wasn't as friendly as the other staff employees. But, she wasn't rude just wasn't as friendly.

The friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the place although we did see one big Roach while we were there 🤔it was just a nice cozy quiet place we enjoyed our stay and we will stay again in the future 😘

The big ROACH RUNNING ACROSS THE COUNTER I BELIEVE IT CAME FROM OUTSIDE UNDER THE DOOR BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THE OUTSIDE LIGHT UNDER YOUR DOOR THERE IS NO MOLDING TO PREVENT AROUND THE DOOR POST AND UNDER🥺

This staff was very kind and helpful and attentive to everything I needed.

I did not like the fact that there were police and crime scene unit authorities around all the time. I felt very uncomfortable but luckily I had something to protect me I suggest everyone does the same if they stay at the hotel.
