Asked about eating somewhere close and was given a great recommendation for Mexican food,
Rooms were clean, quiet and ac worked great

Location and staff were very helpful in accommodating. No issues with the room and the wife and i had a GREAT night.

Tub in room. Close to dispensary.

It was dirty and cold the mattress had what looked like blood all over it we noticed it after we slept on it. Bugs came out of the jets in the jacuzzi and the breakfast was old nasty looking eggs and potatoes with pancakes and white bread that was it. We ended up going out for breakfast. Just a horrible experience

The breakfast was OK. Small selection but the hot food was nice.
It was the coldest hotel I've ever been in and it was warm outside for February in Michigan. I mean the hallways and lobby were about 65 degrees. We also had to turn on the heat in our room bc it wasn't on. So it was really cold in there for a while.

The hotel was clean, my room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Fridge and microwave in the room.
Breakfast was not good - and that side of the hotel was really cold. On site restaurant was closed. No soap in my room, but I brought my own.

Breakfast food not readily available. Both mornings we had to wait along with others because they were behind or slow cooking
Our room did not have housekeeping come. No beds made, no free towels. Had to go to desk to get tiwels. They said no cleaned due to DoNot Disturb. That is untrue.

The price was good, and the room was cozy enough.
This was not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. There was still toilet paper in the toilet. The breakfast was not very good, there wasn't much of a selection at all. The location of the hotel is kinda awkward.

They allow dogs and had one on our floor barking all day. The pool was packed and the music was blaring.

Booked a room with a bathtub because of mobility issues/ disabilities. We did not receive a room with a tub. We had one towel in our room so we requested more and they said they were out.
There was trash on the floor. Lots of stains on the carpet and mattress. No mattress cover or protector just a fitted sheet.

The receptionists.
The room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet. The top hat dirt in it and the toilet was even dirty. The cleaning staff informed me that the room should have been remodeled in that they should not have offered the room.

The matress was too tall and the pillows uncomfortable.

Very old, needs major updating. Exterior doors had no locks. Never saw a maid. Restaurant non-existent. Someone sleeping on couch in hallway by one of the exterior doors.

Great value. Great service. Bed was extremely comfortable. Was located very close to where we were going.

I loved my room size!! It was super comfortable! Very nice and respectful staff. Amenities available to us all day. I love the location. The beds were amazingly comfortable, a lot of apps and shows on the TV. And it was very clean!
There was a red juice spot in our bathroom tub. But did wash away once we ran the shower.

The breakfast offered only a few items. The muffins were stale. You had to walk through twist and turns to find it. They were always running out of food.
No late or early check in without paying 30$. They said they were short staffed. Even though it was close to my relatives I do not think I will stay there again.
