The breakfast could have better selection, perhaps some protein items.

the room was not clean enough. we only stayed one night and the price was low. if I we’re staying for an extended amount of time I would have requested a different room.

My wife made the reservations and paid with her card. When I checked in the desk said that her card was not valid. He then required me to pay a much higher fee. Her card and also mine were changed. I have attempted to contact Harris Khan, the General Manager several times and left my phone number. He has not called back. I will report this to the BBB and use social media to tell people about this RIPOFF.

The room was clean and well maintained.

There was no vanity in the bathroom, nowhere to put toiletries. The towel rack was out of reach from the shower. Microwave was too small and too low for convenience. No dishwasher. No garbage disposal. My room was next to the train line so it was very loud when a train came by.

The front desk at check in was amazing. Very friendly. The room was not good. I recently stayed at the same hotel in Roseville for business and it was amazing. Not sure why you have an extended suite with a stove and no dishes and utensils but you get a dish cloth? No cups or plates and no ice. Water pressure was horrible. Wanted to check out was at the counter for 5 minutes and even though a maintenance man saw me waiting he didn't acknowledge me. Finally saw the employee break room open and there were two employees there laughing and drinking coffee. I asked if someone was monitoring the front desk and they said oh yea and then I got help checking out. Im all for employee breaks but I'm also for customer service. I would hope that whether you stay in the bay area or Roseville the hotel amenities should be the same

missing standard amenities such as cookware— you have to ask for plates and utensils and carry them up yourself. No coffee machine, nor water bottles provided. bathroom was not clean— urine on the toilet. Toilet paper like fine grit sandpaper. Bathroom sink drained slowly. TV very slow to start and laggy. Bleak location. Doors close loudly. “Breakfast” limited to coffee, muffin, granola bar, and instant oatmeal. weak WiFi.
