The location was easy to find. The staff was friendly.

I don't believe we had the option of breakfast. The pictures were so beautiful and the room was nothing like any of the pictures. The floor was literally coming off, the furniture was only in slightly passable condition. The refrigerate was full of frost.

Breakfast not included. Hotel infested with roaches. Nothing worked. Mold growing in coffee maker .

Never gave my deposit back. The room was not trashed I left it cleaned picked up all the trash so no reason to keep my deposit plus was told return the key and you get deposit back wrong

Cockroaches needed to ask for clean towels and change sheets myself I have never rated a hotel but booking you can do better

The sink stopper could not be opened so there was standing water in the sink when I checked in and the standing water had hair in it. It's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a hotel room in my life. The property manager said he would have housekeeping look at it. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. It's not a housekeeping issue it's an engineering issue. The bathtub needs to be replaced the safety mat affixed was old, peeling, revealing glue and mold. The bed was the worst I've ever had in a hotel in my life. Foam rubber is more firm than this bed in room 103. Finally, the occupants next door were arguing and I could hear everything because the door that separate is the two room which has been permanently sealed was so thin it was like they were in my room. One of the people arguing sounded like a female I went to the office to complain they told the tenants to quiet down. The tenants did not quiet down so I went to the office again and told them a female was yelling and all the office person could do was argue with me saying there was no female in the room. Never mind that whoever was in the room was yelling at the top of their lungs the office manager was going to make sure that the gender of the complaint was more important. I will be following up with the health department of the county where this hotel is in they should be cited for code violations.
