The so called manager is not a nice person. He took part of my deposit for me being 5 mins late getting out of my room. But yet I had to wait outside the front office for over 10 mins while I called the office phone so I could let them know I was there to check out and get my deposit back. My understanding is that the deposit is incase something gets torn up in my room. We'll nothing was broken or torn up, and the worst part was that he didn't even go check my room he just came to the lobby front door and handed me part of my deposit and shut the door in my face. Don't stay at this motel because even if they screw up you will get treated like you were the one who made the mistake!!!! Room 125 the door has been kicked in so many times that the door doesn't want to lock!

Honestly nothing because what I paid isn’t what I got

The fact I paid for the hotel in advance and I got there and they did not have any rooms available. So I had to stay at another hotel they owned and the bathroom flooded the refrigerator did not work

The toilet leaked all over the floor and the shower had Luke warm water at best.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. The first room was filthy and had roaches and bed bugs. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke scent. When I asked for refund, they offered a 2nd room. It was even worse. The property managers refused to give us a refund and lied to the booking.com customer service rep when they called. The place have random people hanging out on the property smoking Marijuana. We are going through the Studio 6 customer service for our refund. The property has not even responded them. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Cheap does not have to mean nasty and unsafe.

It' had a kitchen

Bed,it's was loud,it's wasn't cleaned up to standards,ac didn't hardly work,it smelled bad,no vending machines on site

The first room was a dump. The replacement room had a leak in the sink drain, and the shower had to be fixed.

Was quiet and room was cool .

Asked for king bed . Tried two different rooms . Both were Queen size . Food was left in cabinets and from prior tenants . Bathtub and sink both took forever to drain . No trash can to put trash in . We had stayed here a few times before and it was ok . Place is not well kept any longer .

Stayed for 2 weeks housekeeping came to the room one time. I had to go to the front desk three time to ask for maintenance to come to the room to fix the refrigerator, but they never showed up. The manager was gone on holiday so I could not speak to them.the guy at the front desk offered to put me in a different room, then gave the key card to a room with someone already sleeping in it.

Return trip, different room. It was dirty, TV didnt work, shower wouldn't turn on, smoke detector had no battery, non smoking room with an ashtray and heavy smoke smell. Never again..

Nothing. Room was dirty, dead flies in tub and on floor, shower did not work correctly. No batteries in smoke detector.people upstairs loud, there a fight in parking lot outside our door. Won't be back
