Nothing Hotel staff were rude and did not want to accommodate anyone. They were very unprofessional

The Staff. The front desk lady who works night is rude and denies guests she wants and doesn't want staying there. She got to arguing with me and threatened me. She needs to be fired. On many other occasions she was seen talking to people while at work and on the phone.

A complete dump.

Quiet, staff was friendly and gracious.

Coffee maker did not work. Neither the room nor the appointments was clean. The bathroom plumbing needs repair, and the carpet needed cleaning.

Within, literally 1 minute of walking into the well lit room I rented I saw a cockroach on the wall above the sink that ran down to the sink where I snapped a picture of it while still holding a bag I walked in with. I explained the situation to the night staff as we immediately checked back out, and the staff that night said we had to discuss this with the 3rd party booking we used. We did and booking,com reached out to them after receiving pictures from me with my claim. When they communicated, the result was unfruitful and the hotel staff was indignant. They furthermore seem unbothered and unconcerned at the fact that they have roaches, to the point where I had to explain to the hotel staff that if one room had a roach I immediately saw, it was probably infested as is the next room which was also rented by us for the night. They refused at that time to issue a refund. This is an ongoing issue as of this moment and to my knowledge has not been resolved.

Location was good

The property was not clean at all and the workers did not bring clean towels or check the room.

I booked this hotel and the price was right and the location was ok for where I would be going.

The pet policy was not at all clear! I got to the hotel and the lady behind the front desk told me all the pet rooms were all full. She tried to get me to go to another sister hotel but the reservation wouldn’t transfer and I would have to pay more money and call booking.com to get help with the cancellation. It was all around frustrating and unnecessary. I had called ahead to get information on the pet fee and size restrictions but the policy of only allowing pets in certain rooms was not disclosed. Now I can’t get a response back from the hotel about waiving the cancellation fees

It was close to a lot of things to do

Not the cleanest , I'm sure they are very busy but it is not a very clean room the toilet had hair and poop all over the underside of the lid and dust was on everything there was also trash under the bed . The staff were very nice though so that was a good part of the trip .
