Appears to a few weeks ago it was a crack den with feral animals living in the building

The motel advertised a continental breakfast and the staff stated that they have never had any kind of meals at the motel.... The bed was extremely uncomfortable...Stains on the bed covers and curtains... Phone was unattached from the phone, staff was informed but nothing was done about it...Bath tub was sinking in the center of the tub and made it difficult to stand and take a shower.... The entire building stunk unless you stayed in your room....

There was no power at the hotel, when I booked, it wasn’t mentioned while I was booking. I didn’t know there was no power until I arrived at the place. Should have been something letting me know that the power was out

They made me evacuate the premises due to weather conditions after my second day there. And still haven't refunded my money yet.

This hotel was absolutely horrible, my room had no running water , so I had to use a room next door to mine that was under construction to shower, and then I found a butcher knife under the sheets on the bed

Everything. It was not clean. We only had one towel for 4 people booked. Towel bar was broken. Only had a hand held shower—it was a room for people for disabilities that didn’t accommodate for able bodied people. Comforter had blood stains from a menstrual period on it—just not good at all.

The beds were hard, the doors to the closet and cabinets would not stay closed, it smelled like mildew and marijuana, they had enough towels for two ppl in a room booked for 4 and they acted like it was a huge issue when we asked for more. The ac would not cool down until my husband took the filter out abs cleaned it. It looked as if the filter had not been changed for months. The front desk was notified about the ac and we were told someone would be there to check it and they never showed. The exterior window on the fourth floor opened (I have kids and that was a safety issue). The rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there. The elevator panel was open for anyone to mess with the wiring. It was a very run down hotel.

Messed up my dates charged me for extra days when I already paid and charged me the wrong rate for every day had to argue with a mf to get it fixed and no breakfast no gym and no pool blaming it on covid but clearly it's the lack of resources also the wifi was out for two days room had a bad smell from the ancient ac that barely cooled the room off only plus the window opened staff was cool elevator worked when it wanted to lucky I was only on the second floor
