front lady desk was rude and to busy having a family reunion to help so booked a new hotel I couldn’t stay somewhere I was so mistreated. Very disappointed and never will spend my money here again

I was greeted by a lady at the front office who was unhappy and she began complaining about bookings.com bc they sold me a room that didn’t exist. I told her no problem, she could cancel on her end and I’d leave then she said to hold on. She went upstairs for 5-10 min and then came back and said she had a room. She gave me a key and I went upstairs and found the bed slept on and room dirty with bugs and food crumbs all over the tables and floors. When I told her how gross it was (bugs, hair, and food) she said nothing and refused to have it cleaned or cancel the reservation. I then had to leave, I was unable to cancel my reservation through Booking.com, because after check-in time, the hotel is responsible for canceling.

I booked this reservation on behalf of my son who was traveling for work. He found his room to be comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for his purposes. There were no complaints!

While okay, my son said that breakfast would have been better with more options. There was nothing else mentioned.

We booked 2 rooms and when we got in, 1 room was not available. Lady at desk was extremely rude even though we were being inconvenienced. I was going to keep the 1 room and search for another location for 1 room but the rudeness was not worth spending my money there. I don't know if the booking mishap was hotels fault of booking.coms fault but her blatant attitude and disrespect was uncalled for. I called her on her attitude before I left and she assured me that she had no attitude but it definitely changed as we talked before my departure.
