Everything in the room was great, very clean. The bed was so comfortable

Very dirty room. Floors were sticky, and urine spots under the toilet, that were easily wiped up with baby wipe. There were hairs in my bed, and even sandy feeling, as if they didn’t even change the sheets. I would not recommend staying there. I had reservation for 3 days, and ended up cancelling it after 1st night. Will not be going back! I’ve requested a full refund, and am awaiting an answer back from the hotel/manager/booking.com also, there’s only a “coffee bar” in the morning.. no actual breakfast. lastly, there is only 1 elevator in front, and if you can’t get parking out front, then you’re climbing stairs and parking in the back. Good to know if you have a ton of stuff to bring up to your room.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable.

One of our rooms was unmade and we were given sheets to make the bed ourselves. The counter surfaces were not wiped down and we had to clean them ourselves.

Toilet didn't work, thermostat was broke, etc., Just not a comfortable place

smell of cigarette smoke in common area, very tired and run down looking facility. Carpet in room was dirty. Heating/cooling kept going up and down.
