Great coffee! My bed was very comfortable. Budget-friendly!

The breakfast was pretty light. They had instant oatmeal and hot water but no cold cereal, milk, or juices at all.

All you hear is the hwy, can't sleep at night, the wifi wasn't any good I was there on a business trip i coulf get any wifi. called the front desk 3 to 4 times that was no help could get anything done. Housekeeper just walked in my room without a knocking.

The room was great.

They charged me an additional 100 dollars. They started I would get it back in 3-5 days. I only received 30 back. Can you please help me dispute that?

I was quoted a price online. When I got there to check in, I was informed that there would be an additional $100 "held". That WAS NOT MENTIONED IN MY RECEIPT. I have already been charged for the room I booked but NEVER even got to even nor wanted it after hearing about this outrageous "hidden" fee. It is a scam.

The price of the room was $75.00 which was the cheapest in the area. The location is easy to find and plenty of parking. This is the second time I've stayed at this location.

There was a $200.00 room deposit that wasn't disclosed when I booked the room through Booking.com. I was told to go to the room and let them know what major damage that I saw. The bathroom door handle was broken and the front desk seemed to already know that, which they should. I nearly canceled the room but had nowhere else to stay. There were German cockroaches in the room, both adult and juvenile. They weren't scared and came out when the lights were on.

The $200 deposit. And one week to return it! What's up with that!? The sunken mattress. Really? One 2 bath towels. 4 would be nice.

Microwave was old and dated..analog system where I had to set the power level, then set Cook time...digital key pad was worn our. Had to make several attempts just to operate. There was trash left over from previous quest bread tie on refrigerator, water bottle under the bed. Dresser in closet had dust bunnies and other trash in place on each side. I could tell the dresser unit and under beds had not been dusted in a while...Blue painters tape holder railings on to bldg at the unit above on the exterior. Parking spaces adjacent to my room...hedges needed trimming I could not attend anything in the hatch of my car, because it was inaccessible due hedges being over grown. T last but not least my son could not watch the television in our room because there was no signal, there seem to be more 20 or so channels available, but we could only get access to one channel the whole 4 days of stay...I wished I had stay at the other Extended Stay about two exits down it looked newer...ijs

The rooms were disgusting, the couch was covered in stains and the bed sheets weren’t clean.

The floor was filthy, it was obvious that no one had touched the floor with a mop in some time. You can hear everything in the next room.

right off the bat, my room was not ready when I arrived and had to wait over a half hour for my room after driving across the country to kc. I asked for extra towels and pillows in my Res. didn’t get for 2 days. no breakfast options other than a muffin. day of check out was walked in on twice to leave before check out time. one time I was walked in on I was naked and a man came in asking after I already told the staff I wasn’t leaving until 11. not to mention the very inappropriate conversations among the transgender community of staff there with seemingly long term occupants.

I was not aware a $200 safety deposite was equired. There was NO receptionist when I arrived at 4pm. A house cleaning attendant filled in and she was way over her head. My Bank debit card would not work, nor did the 3 people before me. You can't opperate a class act business like this. She tried to get help but was told the customer needed to call their bank to find out the problem. This is called kickinng the can down the road. I did and as I suspected, my bank sakd all was fine and the $200 should be going thru. Look, a business as such should NOT require a deposite. May credit card was charged 10 days prior. Management is pooling alll these deposits and making additional money off this. Not sure this is legal. I'm goijng to file with the FBI or someone. We were all told the deposite would be refunded 5 workinf days after check out. This can't be legal especially since the bill waw paid before I checkind in. Very questionable, so lets see what the FBI has to say. i used my American Express card for the deposite. Not very proofessional.

Staff didn’t know how to solve problem, wouldn’t even go check to see if my room, that was confirmed online, was available or clean.

Room was filthy. Microwave didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Bath sink clogged. Kitchen sink dirty. Food splattered on wall. Floors were filthy. Trash outside door. Exterior door itself was nasty. Chairs were stained and smelly. Put bath towels on seats to even sit on them. (Office sent someone to unclog sink.) Too late to try another hotel after driving all day. Beds were clean…hopefully. .

My husband (and several other potential guests) were made to wait a significant time as the three staff on reception would not deal with guests separately so each booking took a long time. I ended up coming into reception to pay, was really sick at the time and again waited a long time. I then lost my patience with them and got angry. they told me to leave, totally ignoring how unwell I was or need to rest. Their attitudes were very unfriendly, condescending and rude and they wondered why I got angry. We did not end up staying but THEY CHARGED US ANYWAY!!!!

Nothing. I did not even enter the room ....only the lobby as all security cameras will show. ....and I was treated like trash and I have explained repeatedly to your customer service reps .
