It was just a creepy place to stay sheets were dirty nada comfortable place. We did not stay there we went somewhere else smell like smoke. Bet was hard.

I booked my room online and they were totally booked and said they did not have any rooms available even though I had booked online. I ended up having to sleep in my vehicle.

Had a place to stay; had already paid for the room and the deadline for refund expired

Mold in Bathroom; sheets dirty and stained. Requested an accessible double room with a rolling shower and staff stated only had one room with a shower and it was only one bed. Hotel had none for two beds.

This place is clean and quiet. The room was comfortable.

My only complaint was that I could barely sleep. The room was too hot even though it was on 60. So in the middle of the night we had to open a window just to cool the room down.

Dogs barking, smelled like weed everywhere in common area, beds were made different one have more than others and the other was only fitted sheet no extra blankets or towels. Shower had yellow spots , and big roaches beds squeak alot we didn't have carpet. Made alot of noise when walking

First of night staff might as well not exist because our fire alarm went off all.night long nobody answered the emergency line and nobody cared. We could have really been on fire and died. Many did nothing about it next day also charged us more tomswitchbrooms.this extended stat is not like it should be ran. I paid 492 for one week on time and they said they could not extend me because they did not receive payment in time! How Dr does that make sense. Also the mage at night is a total weirdo lives there on site and is very egotistical but doesn't care if there is a child crying for help above me... Three days later they got arrestwd... Poor little boy

1st room had all the electrical face plates removed on ground headboard was on ground room smelled of mildew and chemical. I asked if room was under construction was told they had sprayed. When I asked if there were bedbugs or cockroaches I ws assured no. Second room had smell after coming back to room late in day walked into bathroom turned on light and cockroaches scattered. Took pictures went down got refund left as we were leaving ambulance showed up with lights on and two not very happy looking and not in. Hurry EMT showed up with issue with a person in one of rooms.
