The close proximity to the Irving Convention Center. The staff (Aussie) was so nice, other thN some missing appliances and fixtures, room was comfortable.

The room had missing appliances. No extra amenities (soap) hotel description in Booking stated a toaster was part of the room (was not) the hair dryer was gone (wall holder for it was there), toilet paper holder was broken, toilet ran at random times. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was prepackaged muffins - no hot food, or liquids other than coffee with sugars and powdered creamer.

The outside doors on building 2 do not lock. Anybody can come in the building at any time.

Roaches were there in the room which spoiled our stay

There were bugs crawling in our room. When we asked to switch rooms, they said they couldn’t and they also couldn’t do anything about it unless we talked to the manager who would be in at 11pm. We were there on a work trip, so that wasn’t feasible. They promised to put a work order in to get rid of them, but no one ever did.

The price was the most attractive thing about the booking

The room was not clean and also had bugs in it. I have been attempting for weeks to get this situation rectified, with no success. I just keep getting passed around from one person to the next.

The staff was amazing very professional went above and beyond to make my experience be a happy one however when I got to my room it was a different story the room wasn’t clean ants everywhere also no remote like it disappeared I paid wayyyyyy too much money for that very disappointing to see that the tub was dirty the kitchen and the table was dirty not clean I still could see stains from previous guests like it’s so unacceptable

The room was full of ants and it wasn’t clean I can see stains from im guessing the previous guests, I paid wayyyy to much money for the room to be like that I could’ve went anywhere but I decided to stay here never again
