Location and price. Great mini fridge. Was able to check in early. Friendly staff. Nice bath towel, but no hand towel.

Wifi was terrible. Needed to take part in a zoom experience and couldn't use my laptop. Had to use my phone cellular. Huge gaps around door let cold air out. Bad cleaning chemical smell in room. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. Stains on desk chair. Could not see hotel/ sign from the west. Kept passion hotel and making u turn. A van was parked in the excitement and had to leave via the entrance.

Location, comfortable bed, quiet.

A bit Run down

The location was excellent, convenient to all downtown attractions and on a main road to other areas. Showerhead was good, and heating was effective.

Needs maintenance: Broken lamp and lock part in one room, badly-stained shower curtain in another. Took three tries to find a room close enough to office for effective WiFi.

It was smelly. Not enough towels. Tv and bed not lined up.

Absolutely zero concern for security. Card keys are reused and have the room number written on them with sharpie. The door between my room and my neighbors room was not secured. The locks didn’t work. Tv is connected to light switch. Fixtures are rusty.

Didn't stay at that facility, DARK poorly lite, the room had a unclean ODOR. Again my wife and I DIDN'T STAY AT THIS FACILITY ☹️

The hotel is old but the room was very clean; the position is good: it’s 20/25’ walking from the center (rosa park, freedom rider, Hank williams museum, the alley) and from the greyhound station
