Great breakfast, comfortable beds, nice linen s, nice bathrooms. Keurig in the room . Very quiet.

Surrounding area has deteriorated since COVID with closed businesses and more homeless. Still a beautiful park across the street with a great place to walk. Beautiful capitol building .

Staffs were friendly. However, I need to wait for a while to receive services. The staff at the counters were doing something, but I am not sure what took them so long. I believe that there were some facility issues.

I heard that there was some plumbing construction while I was staying. This affected the water pressure. There was not enough water pressure to satisfy. The problem is that neither the website nor the hotel told me or mentioned this important information before I reserved a room. If someone pays more than $200 per night, they should be notified.

The location. The room is big and clean.

The parking lot is not safe and you have to pay $25 to park your car. The barrier was open when I entered, so everyone could access it without any problem. Poor lighting in some areas which can create hiding spots for criminals, increasing the risk of theft or assault, especially during the evening or night. I was scared when I parked in and walked to the hotel entrance. I don't see any security patrols or cameras around. So, can make it easier for criminals to target vehicles or individuals. When I complained about that the manager told me that unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for that because who manages the parking lot it's a third part but the hotel has authority to charge me $25 without any problem. Unbelievable. No care about customer service and safety. It is very disappointing.

breakfast and valet service was terrible. the child at the valet desk was very racist and disrespectful towards me and my wife. we where in town not only for business but for my mother in law funeral and to have to deal with such disrespect was very upsetting. unfortunately because of this we would not stay at this location again

We liked the location and most of the facilities.

We didn't like being charged for parking, and the bathroom could use updating. The water pressure was low, the showerhead was outdated and calcified, and the primary bathroom light was out.

No soap in the the room. Not enough towels. No microwave in the room. Tv remote did not work. Couldn't use TV. Parking fee, no free breakfast. All that and I had to pay $730 for 2 nights. Absolutely waste of money. Never again.

The location was perfect, I was running in the CIM. The restaurant was perfect and when that was closed we were able to order food at the bar after the race.
