The property was very clean and had easy access to ball fields!

The smell is horrible.. the bad smell bad..I was afraid of waking up with bites. The smell was horrible..but for 54 dollars what should you expect.. The front people are very nice and I feel bad about this review .. so to the owners

Checking in was easy. They were able to get our 2 rooms close together. Both the day and night shift front desk staff were friendly. It was close to our family event we were attending.

The hotel was quite broken down and in need of many repairs. Many of the fixtures in the building were broken. In our room it was hot and smelled like smoke even though it is supposedly a smoke free facility. There were ROACHES! We killed several in our room and they were everywhere. 🤢

Absolutely nothing

Bugs everywhere, roaches and crickets. Rooms were dirty, all the fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall, sheets and shower curtain had stains on them. The toilet seat was only attached on 1 side. Very questionable people hovering around the parking lot at all hours. Smelt so bad we had to get a plug in for the room. I was charged full price for 3 days before I even got to the hotel to check in. And pics online make it look very clean and nice horrible surprise when we got there. Carpet in the hallways was ripped. The cleaning ladies didn’t vacuum or mop each room they swept the bugs and dirt out into the. Hallway we had to step over all that nasty from every room for hours. And they still didn’t vacuum. They swept it into a dust pan. That was it.

The price, location was great.

A semi truck took up 3 parking places close to the building(parked sideways). All other trucks were in the back of the building.

The bed sheets and bath towels were dirty

We loved the location and the beautiful setting of the hotel.

There was a lot of maintenence issues. Door handles falling off, refrigerator not safely secure in the cabinet
