Location. Close to bryson city the casino and rafting and you can fish on the river right at the cabin.

It was conveniently located to Bryson City and the restaurants there. The room was very clean and the place was extremely quiet. No breakfast, but there were places not far away.

It could use a cuteness upgrade, but otherwise, no complaints.

The water in one of our rooms was not working, we checked in the late evening, attempted to shower after 11 pm w/ no H20, and when requested a discount on room cost, declined to offer any discount

There was no breakfast of any kind. We could not even find a coke machine.

We had 3 rooms counting our 2 sons. Our room was OK it smelled like it had been cleaned., but theirs had an oder to it. Musty or closed up.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I chose it based on reviews & was not disappointed. It looked a little dubious when we arrived in the dark but when we got to our room we were delighted, it was charming! It was clean as a pin & had everything we needed for our stay. We had a riverfront room & the view was great, my young grandson loved watching the river go by. The location was very convenient to downtown which was nice. We're not big luxury hotel type people & prefer local establishments so if you want something a little more unique, this is your place!

The beds were pretty comfortable but I noticed a little squeak in the mattress when moving around on it, but it was on an iron bed frame so could have been that instead. Either way it wasn't enough to interfere with my sleep.
