Everything was grade A material. The staff was very helpful with directions to places and pointing the way to restaurants and activities for us to see. We came to visit the casino so it was not too much of a sight seeing trip but I did see some things of interest. Overall I will give it a A-.

The breakfast...that killed the A+. Everything was clean and ready as introduced but I did not expect an only carb breakfast diet. We had to eat breakfast at the local restaurant which was saturated with people. The food was good but I wanted to start the day in a quiet setting. That was the only negative point that we encountered. Sorry but that is my opinion.

We did not know the times of breakfast and we missed it, the guy who checked us in did not tell us. But it was ok, we found a great coffee shop just down the street to eat at.

The view and cleanliness was great. Employees are very nice and there is an elevator if you can't use the stairs.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is tastefully decorated and located close to the shops and restaurants. The shower had good water pressure and all necessities were provided. I was skeptical about the water pressure due to other reviews. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Breakfast choices were limited but fresh and plentiful. Coffee was very good.

Nice hotel close to everything in Bryson City. 5 minute walk to the train and restaurants.

Beds were a bit soft and they did not clean the room each day.

The rooms were great, comfy beds, nice large bathrooms, and breakfast.

It was noisy being on the main road. You could hear every Harley and truck. But after 1 am ....a little quieter.

The property was at the center of town with in walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities were clean. The gal that checked us in was super sweet and helpful.

The elevator was a little slow. Not a big deal.

The service was great. All front desk people were friendly and informative from where to eat to what roads are the best to travel home on. The breakfast was good. The lady working breakfast did an excellent job cleaning and keeping the food supply full. The pool are was also very clean.

Absolutely perfect location, very clean! Will be back this year!
