Staff and workers were very friendly and welcoming.

We can think of nothing that needs improvement.

The construction noise........But I was warned ahead of time. Not really an issue (limited to 8am-5pm)

The only thing I can think of was the traffic outside was noisy. There was always sirens going back and forth on the road. .

Convenient location and the kids had a blast in the pool. Food was really good.

The facility was super clean!! The breakfast buffet was 5 star!! We also enjoyed the dinner buffet from 5:30pm to 7:00pm that includes 3 cocktails from the bar per guest!

We recommend having the 5:30pm kickback a little later, maybe beginning at 6:30pm until 8:00pm.

The room and property seem clean. Staff at desk was responsive with limited resources. Had a very nice and busy service person attending the breakfast area. However the area was cool and breezy and the Hot breakfast wasn't even warm by the time we got to a table.

Knowing they did not have what I needed in a rooms- handicap accessible double queen -they led me on to believe that I could get something close to that right up to check in. Should have said they do not have that available. They put us far from the elevators on the 5th (out of 6) floor. The sign by the elevator reads In case of fire elevator not in service. My 91 year old mother could not begin to walk down 5 flights of stairs during a fire. They gave us a shower bench that made the whole tile floor wet and slippery. Again a safety issue for a 91 year old woman who uses a walker. It was as if they tried to make it as far away from a handicap unit as possible.

The room was bright with plenty of lighting, food and beds were comfortable.

There was not a fridge or microwave. The ceiling in my room had a water stain with mold growing. I do know a lot of the hotel was under construction so maybe that was it.

Food was great and hot room was clean and dinner was a very welcome surprise
