Front desk turned away 62 year old Marine veteran (Marc Anthony Alva) because he didn't have a credit card. I (TMH) was on the phone with him at the time and she (desk person) would not talk with me.

The location and staff were great. The room was extra clean.

I could REALLY hear the sound of traffic, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Clean nice room with fridge and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff.

The only bad thing was the tweaker that wandered into the parking lot. Propositioned me when I was on the balcony and then stated messing with a car he assumed was ours when my girlfriend chased him off with a taser. He left and didn't come back.

Dorothea, was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.She helped me with a couple of issues that I had of a personal nature.

I arrived early to my motel and gave all my information to the lady at reception and asked for them to hold my luggage bags while I go to my event that night , on arrive back to the motel they begin to tell me that my transaction declined before I arrived in the morning and failed to tell me when I arrived , and gave my room to someone else, very poor management

the location was pretty good- convenient to University of Washington. Price was quite high but better than most other places. Shower pressure was good. Mattresses were poor but Pillows were comfortable. Locations fairly quiet.

There was a huge stain in the rug, and the bed mattress was poor.

The location was convenient for a family visit.

The location is noisy. The office is open limited hours. The ice machine was broken. Loud, apparently homeless people approached us.

The location was the perfect distance from Lumen Field and it was fairly quiet, only a little traffic noise (mostly just loud bass/music from a car every now and then) and I never heard any other people.

I hated the bed. Inner spring mattress that was rock hard and practically bounced us onto the floor. Let's jump into the current decade and get memory foam beds, shall we?

Nice deep jetted tub only to find out the jet’s didn’t work. It was close to a Fred Meyer so that was nice because we needed a few things. And not too terribly far from Pike Place Market The management finally warmed up as we were leaving

The fan on the air conditioner blows right in your face but if you turn it off it got too hot and the traffic noice was horribly loud! I didn’t get to sleep until 1:30am. Woke up with the worst neck and back ache from the mattress that was so hard. There was no breakfast offered at all… not sure if it was a maintenance issue or… no one was allowed in the lobby. The front doors were blocked and we had to take care of checking in through a walk up window..

There was no breakfast even tho that was part of the reason I booked.. office was closed we stayed in the hot Sun she wouldn't let us in the Office. Had it all closed up
