Beds were very comfortable, property was quiet and clean, pool & hot tub were well kept, breakfast was good. Location was excellent - we were able to walk across the street to the park, and downtown is just a block away.

There was no temperature control in the room - the wall unit was not adjustable (it appeared to be pre-programmed and we could not adjust the fan speed or the temperature or even turn it off unless we just unplugged the entire unit). It was very warm at night.

liked where is was located and that it was clean

they were doing work on the building and you could hear hammering at 8 am. plus the water went out and we got no apology- plus after that we had issues the rest of the stay

Hotel is a little dated. Rooms and bathrooms pretty small. Pool was nice but area dated. Beds were very comfortable.

Mattress on the King Size bed was very hard

Breakfast was excellent. Most hotels/motels during COVID do not have much for breakfast. This Best Western had eggs & sausage, toast, waffles, yogurt, juices.

Booked a queen room and their queen beds are more on the line of a full bed. We have a queen at home and this was NOT a queen bed. Had I known they were this small I would have booked a king.

The main reason I took your place was the Handicapped facilities. They went far beyond my expectations felt very safe. I think I'll do it in new home. Breakfast staff wonderful fixed a takeout for my husband. staff friendly.

Nothing except the long walk down the hall to room but you can't have everything.

Toilet seat was broken, I made this reservation a year in advance, requested a room on the other side of the hotel facing the lake. Got a 200 dollar a night room with a view of a utility pole.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Nice hot breakfast

Dirt and condensation between panes of glass? Unable to clearly enjoy the beautiful lake view which was what was requested and paid additional for.

The person who was running the breakfast was outstanding. She was very attentive and worked hard to make sure everyone who came in was taken care of.

Remote for tv was not working. The A/C kept changing tempaeratures after a temp was locked in. The refrigerator barely worked. Every time we came back to our room we had to go down to the lobby to re-key the card to get into the room.

I prefer getting my own breakfast having someone pick it out for me. The food was so-so, could have been fresher.

There was a group of people in the bar making noise with very loud music. The bass of the music and loud conversation came up right through the floor. I called at 10:30 p.m. to complain. I was told the music would be on another hour. This was not the answer I hoped for.
