The place is a dump. We didn't stay. We tried to cancel. And went to a motel down the street.

It smelled really bad and I didn’t even stay

Had a reservation for me my wife and 2 small dogs we went to check in and the A hole owner said they don't allow pets

CHEAP!!

Room was NOT clean!! Bathroom was dirty around baseboards!! Room smelled musty,smokey,bathroom door had blood on door,floor was like it has not been swept!! Didn't want to sit on fabric chair,dirty smell!! Could only get ONE bucket of of ice!!!As your enter hallway from out side, filthy !! Didn't want to stay but it was cheap!!

The outside doors are not locked at night or at any time. The door to the room was almost impossible to close once you opened it. It was jamming on the floor and you had to pull very hard to close it.

Bed was comfy.

First room have food leftover in fridge. Changed to another room, tv remote doesn't work. Have to fix it a couple times. Entrance door to go upstair rooms are unlocked all the time. Feeling very unsafe and don't see any cameras anyway inside hallway.

There was pee on the bathroom wall and some dark substance on the door. I had wipes and cleaned the room myself!!!

Was told they were no longer pet friendly because he was "tired of us Louisiana people coming in with our dogs" he was extremely rude and angry. The lobby was blocked off with just a small plexiglass box you could walk into, it was so hot I felt like I was about to pass out! I was not the only Hurricane Ida evacuee being treated this way either. I had to walk out and send my husband back in to talk to him because he said no refund. My husband came out and said he accepted 50$ cash without a receipt to let the dog stay. Upon entering my room the smell was horrid. Their was black mold everywhere, food crumbs on the floor, stains on the sheets & pillows, etc. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months though they claimed they just serviced the room. We had to leave and buy cleaning supplies and spend hours scrubbing the room down the best we could at 8.5 months pregnant. The towels were stained and nasty looking every time we requested them, so we had to go out and buy towels as well. I feel the whole listing was false advertisement as their was no bar, no gulfcourse, no grilling area, and the pool was un kept with trash and debris. The pool latter only had the top step and upon entering it had exposed screws. The only chair in the pool area was broken, and their was trash laying around. It was the worst evacuation experience of my life.
