Short walks wherever, nice size pool for the little ones

Comfortable beds. Quiet hotel.

The bed sheet was too small for the mattress....had to keep putting it back over the mattress.

Loved the pool area and the tables in the lobby. Great for young kids to swim independently and have fun. Breakfast was good with nice variety.

Beds were on the hard/firm side. Floors seemed aged and poorly vacuumed - especially around the edges. Elevator floor was really dirty. Walls were showing signs of aging.

had to tell front desk staff to have housekeeping freshen our room , take out garbage and need for new towels. told them we were leaving for a few hours so they had time to take care of this. when we returned, nothing…. had to go back to front desk and remind them, gave them another chance as we were leaving again for awhile. returned later to find a pile of towels on the bathroom countertop. oh well, they did take out the garbage. didn’t make the beds tho. three day stay…. housekeeping did not come in other than dropping off the towels the night before we left.

The swimming pool was gross.had a film on top the water and hair and slug floating in the water

Was clean, easy to get to, staff was friendly and helpful

Pillows were very flat not comfortable.

Staff was great. Breakfast was hot and filling. Real close to where we needed to be.

nothing about the property- but my reservation wasn’t on their system when I arrived. stayed two nights and couldn’t stay in the same room so had to load up all my things in between nights.

the staff was friendly

The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. the wallpaper was peeling and there was water damage to the ceiling. the light bulbs were terrible. The room was not cozy at all.
