I am always disappointed in the Choice rewards; I have used Choice Hotels most of the time all of my life and have never received any benefit always a catch or I didn't book through the right website that charges more. I wish they would drop that program it's very annoying. As a customer there's no denying I was there, if you want to reward a customer just do it and stop with the Sorry you didn't qualify for whatever your reason you decided. I am a customer, I was there period. The program just comes off as a scheme to get people to do as they want you to. UUGGHH

The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so fun and friendly!

My only complaint is that I did request a bathtub in our room and we did not get one. We had a child with us, which is why it was important.

Rude Manager, false advertising on booking. Com, Didn't respond to booking.com about my complaints. Put 3 different charges on my card that emptied my account. Charged me for 3 days when I only stayed 2 do to them not resolving my complaints and concerns due to my disabilities as a 100% disabled veteran. Rude Manager accused me of damaging a pole in the handicapped parking spot that was damaged before I arrived. I called out the police to verify that I didn't damage their property. Do not recommend staying at this location!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast!

The elevator doors sound like Chewbacca when closing. I actually kind of liked it. It made me laugh. And the flooring in the elevator needs some updating due to duct tape holding parts of the flooring together. Scraping off the duct tape and using caulk instead would be a simple fix. These two cosmetic issues are the only “unlikeable” things I encountered during my stay!

It was a nice clean, comfortable room.
