Nice and warm! Great for two people. Some noise from upstairs but not a problem at night. Ran out of hot water when drawing a bath but not a problem for a normal shower.

People one floor above us were incredibly loud and obnoxious. you can hear everything that’s going on upstairs, downstairs….severely degrading the quality of our stay. Won’t book again for this reason.

Tennant upstairs was very loud.

Kitchen and bathroom remodel were nice. (I stayed in another place in June Lake, looks like it was the same contractor. :P) Towels were good quality. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Bed was good enough quality to get a quaity night sleep after a day of hiking. Location.

Many of the dishes were dirty, requiring cleaning before and after use. Dish towels were also dirty. Internet was very slow at times, but fine in the morning. Doors didn't close easily so it was easy to accidentally wait up others.

Decent location located in center of loop, daily well stocked with dishes.

Not notified of National Forest closure before trip. No fishing or hiking or other activities- it was totally shut down. Bed was extremely uncomfortable-very squeaky and no support. Back aches now. Couldn’t use BBQ. No propane. Very cramped. Extra hideaway beds stuffed in unit. Lamps and several electrical outlets didn’t work.
