Everything was overshadowed by the egregious key error made by Rainbow Ridge Realty. Read Below Complaint. I have been home for well over a week and still have not been contacted by their management. I have given them every opportunity to make this mistake right, but they haven't. When I complained in person, I was told the manager was not in the office, but she would call me at her first opportunity. I even called her twice and was told I would receive a call back. I arrived after hours and retrieved the keys as directed in the reservation. The key did not work, so I called the after hours emergency number. My call was never returned and my group was left outside the condo we rented in 20 degree weather. After waiting several hours, we elected to climb two stories on to the balcony and luckily the sliding door was unlocked. I complained the next day as the emergency contact person never called me. I was ASSURED I would be called to address my issues and to compensate me for this unacceptable mistake. Over a week has passed and NO CALL YET! Ridiculous!

The location and views were exceptional. Drive to lakes and village were very short.

Lack of A/C and ventilation. It got extremely suffocated at times inside and ventilation was not the best. On top of it we were unfortunate that fires broke out in the vicinity and smoke and ashes made it unbearable for us to keep windows and doors open for ventilation. This made us cut short our stay and ended up leaving a day earlier.
