It’s a beautiful old building

The rate was high for its location and not having much in walking distance.

Convenient location, beautiful historic building, clean room, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, room seemed to have been recently updated

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, no slip protector in the tub

The bathroom was bigger than most hotels. They also have a nice area with a counter and mirror so you can get ready outside of the actual bathroom when someone else is in there. I liked the full size fridge and the couch to relax on so you didnt have to sit on the bed. The breakfast area and patio are super spacious and a nice place to hang out if you have a group.

Parking could have been explained better. The website says 15th and Capital. Well that's a private ramp so I called the hotel to ask (because we were coming alot earlier than check in) if we needed a pass prior. They told us no and to tell the attendant we were staying at the Residence Inn. We pull in there and there is no attendant and cant get in. We had to back out of there. We were a little irritated and just ended up parking in the public ramp right next to the hotel. It's cheaper and closer anyway. Small irritation in the grand scheme of things but maybe it will help some avoid the same situation.
