No pool 😞 Could've left an extra trash bag 😉

Location was great, very convenient to beach access, shopping, food, etc

No elevators or ramps and I ended up on crutches 2 nights before our check in so had 2 flights of stairs to climb.

Ability to cook

No elevator, stuck on third floor with four flights of steps, no way to find room besides walking around the entire apt complex. Shower was extremely small, water didn’t get more than above cold, oceanview with beach access is more than a fake term they use, was not at all Oceanview and the only beach access was to either walk or drive down the main road about 1/4 mile to a PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS. If I had known all of this prior to trip I would not have booked. A/C would not get lower than 72 while thermostat wouldn’t allow to set below 69. Very disappointed and glad this trip is over

It was clean for the most part .. beds were comfy

We were on the third floor and didn't know there was no elevator.. and I had a bum foot. The TV in the living room didn't work right .. kitchen drawers were dirty inside

It was walking distance to the beach Not much view of ocean but nice view of town Had everything I needed

Tv was cutting off and on Lukewarm or cool showers Driveway was very narrow

Great location for activities for grandchildren and fishing.

Standup shower has leak in ceiling from unit above. Happens only when they use shower which tells me it is water from drain not feed line. Floors were not swept. Had to sweep entire unit before we could bring our stuff in. Also swept it again when we woke up in morning. Grout in floor also deteriorating adding to floor dirt. Bi-fold doors in front of washer and dryer were unattached and left leaning against the wall. Screen panel on slider door found off track and leaning against balcony railing. We cleaned track and reattached screen panel and fixed bi-fold door issue.

Apartment 3B was great. nice and clean, looked just like the pictures. bed was oh so soft and the double bunks was also cozy. plenty of dishes to use i love the fact that they send you the instructions for check in and out.

the ad stated there was a sleeper sofa and there was not. Just a regular couch. So I had to share a bed with a friend.
