The bed and breakfast are good.

The AC did not work and the first night we could not sleep because we were not able to stop the fan from running. The next day we talked to the staff and he came and check and found the thermostat was not working. We asked to change a room and the answer was no. When we were checking out at 12:05pm and we were told we were late and there was an additional charge of $100. Although we were finally not charged, the way we were treated for being late for five minutes made me feel really bad.

Pool was green

Nothing in particular.

Room door lock malfunctioned. We had to keep going to front desk for someone to come and unlock it. They thought it was fixed, then the maintenance guy took the entire lock apart to fix it which took an hour. I asked if we could just change rooms but they did not entertain that idea.

The staff was great!

The stains on the bed

well lit; very clean; quite; good bath product in bathroom (full size), comfortable bed

1 elevator was out of service, so we had to wait a little bit or squeeze into the elevator everyone else. The good thing is everyone was very friendly in the elevator & went out of their way to make room for others!

Staff was great and on top of things. It was clean. Breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal and they kept it very clean. Also, fixed the shower head after we complained about the water flow.

The bed and sofa bed were hard as rock or sleeping on a slab of cement. No give to the mattress, sofa bed was squeaky and hard, even sitting on sofa was uncomfortable. We had to ask that the shower head be replaced, hardly any flowing water, so plugged up with build up.

The beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable.

I liked the fact that it was clean and comfortable.

I didn't liked that the room didn't have a body mirror and the tv wasn't mounted to the wall. Some rooms have a lamp with a USB connection next to the bed to charge a phone.

I looked forward to a delicious breakfast as promoted and I was extremely disappointed. When out to eat instead

Awesome rooms, shower pressure and clean Loved the sectional in the room. Great to have an indoor pool and used the gym. Breakfast was exceptional

Location

Our room 329 had a loud clicking sound like a door constantly closing. It was coming from inside the wall. They could not fix and it was hard to sleep a night with the noise. We did not stay the second night. The trash can under the desk had not been emptied from the previous guests. The breakfast buffet was good. Would not stay again.

The staff were hard working and friendly. It was a good value and close to a lot of food options and activities.

The facility was a little tired but all are that way in Corpus, sadly. (Even the Omni which we stayed at on our final night). Corpus doesn't have a lot of nice options but this is one place I would stay again. Safe, convenient, clean, and good staff.
