We LOVED our stay at the Casablanca- from the staff, to the location, to the absolutely gorgeous rooms and views. We didn't have a single issue our whole stay - everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back here as soon as possible!!

Das Hotel liegt zentral, in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Cafes
Im Innenhof befindet sich ein Restaurant mit lauter Musik. Leider hört man die Musik in den Zimmern. Ich bin ziemlich Geräusch-Unempfindlich aber es war sehr laut. Das schlimmste fand ich Gerüche aus der Küche. Im Zimmer roch es nach dem Essen. Dazu kommt, ständiges Dauer-Brummton von der Abzugsanlage des Restaurants.
Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect for my needs.
The property is a little older but well kept overall. The stairs are a little steep and hard to maneuver with luggage.

Great location! Huge room!
The shower could barely fit an adult (beyond tiny), the body wash provided was enough to wash my right arm, no clock in the room, no ice on property, no coffee machine, we had to walk through a restaurant to get to the room.

There was no parking for anyone that has trouble walking a distance, but the wonderful staff found us something nearby.

The location was in the heart of the city. I enjoyed the porch being shared with the restaurant next door. we were able to have drinks on the porch.
the staff was great and it was very clean.
the bed was very very uncomfortable. They are worn out. Our backs hurt every morning.
The continental breakfast was just ok. we are it once. it we do love eating breakfast out.

Everything about our stay at the Casablanca was comfortable, clean, and wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the property is gorgeous. Our room was huge and had a great balcony. We made friends with a neighborhood kitty who made himself right at home with us.
For being on Duval Street, the place was remarkably quiet- I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Key West!

I very much enjoyed my stay. Everything was top notch, clean, staff were friendly and helpful and hotel didn't have that 'tired' look that many get. Complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. And also I want to thank the lady at the front desk who helped us with the parking spot!

The locations was great and the service staff were amazing! A lovely breakfast every morning and Mia was fabulous. This was on the quieter side of Duvall St. and just wonderful.
