I like the room space it was great to have that extra living room.

I loved the place, and breakfast is much better than many other hotels. But it can be a lilttle better as well. There was no lactose free options. No sugar free options. No microwave.

Breakfast was ok. Transportation is very convenient.

Our room was specious with 2 double beds, nice bathroom, staff were very helpful, location is perfect.

TV signal kept dropping out. More verity for breakfast

pool was icing cold. breakfast was very limited.. where is bacon? different kind of eggs? sweet pastry? there were many tables but food was so repetitive. valet parking crazy expensive!

I've stayed in many Hyatt properties around the country. Always have a friendly staff and the properties are always clean.

The free wifi was very unacceptable. Slow or no connection.

We had a lot of options during the day and night as to where to eat or go listen to live music. The hotel is also within walking distance of Museums, the Capitol Building, and parks. The only drawback is being aware of the homeless population because one wrong turn can put you into a bad situation.

Booking.com said there was free parking, so when we tried to enter the parking garage and the ticket dispenser said "closed", we were a little concerned. We drove up to the front of the hotel and were promptly told that it was valet parking only for 54.00 a NIGHT. On top of that, any time we called for our car, they send you a msg asking to tip the valet, suggested rate...7.35! Needless to say, it cost us an extra 200.00 for that stay. I am also a big coffee drinker. Guess what they don't provide? Once breakfast service is over, you then have to buy coffee from their Starbucks kiosk for 6.00/Venti regular.

Great location

The room was quite small and the toilet was not working properly….it took forever for the toilet tank to fill and this made flushing quite difficult . No USB ports in room to charge mobile devices.

Clean room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Apparently the rooms are not properly vacuum cleaned. Cut toe nails were laying around in the whole room, and unfortunately 3x asking to clean that didn’t help.

Aircon is noisy, corridor noises easily heard in rooms, breakfast is average, staff is correct but not especially friendly. It’s all very average but quit expensive.
