The air conditioner in the first room we stayed in was extremely loud and kept us awake in the night, but we managed to switch to another room, which had no problems. The staff were super helpful and friendly about it, and we had a great time.

The rooms were beautiful. The cafe Cuvée has exceptional food. The staff went above and beyond. The Ambassador will be our go to hotel in OKC.

We ordered room service several times. We ordered a snack late evening and breakfast the next morning. The delivery to our room was prompt and the food was very good.

The next time we return we will make a visit to the rooftop bar earlier. It is a hidden gem.

Great location, actually unmatched. Easy access to all the neat spots in Downtown OKC.

Room sizes could be larger for the amount paid per night. Wasn’t spacious and expensive for a queen bed.

Would be great to consider key access to the room floors as anyone on the way to the bar can get off at any floor. A bit of a safety issue for me.

The staff was excellent The young man that took my luggage to the room and parked my vehicle in the hotel parking area was outstanding He also took my luggage back the next morning and had a great attitude The front desk was very efficient Your hotel was very clean and the room was perfect size I think the Ambassador is an outstanding small hotel
