All of it, the Hotel was so clean the pool was nice and clean the morning Breakfast, both mornings was great. Would stay there again if I happen to need a place in that part San Antonio in the future

Not a big deal but the bathroom lighting is a little dim. But I know they are low usage lamps.

The staff was welcoming and friendly!

The curtains on the window in the rooms were absolutely filthy! I didn’t want to touch them In capacity. Visible stains and dirt on them.

The included breakfast was actually good! Other places just have stale pastries or cereal but this place had a wide selection. I also like that this location feel relatively safe and it is relatively clean

I was annoyed there were some mystery stains on walls and on the chair in my room plus the Keurig was dirty but those issues would not stop me from staying here again or recommending it to others. I’m also not a fan of that $50 hold it takes too long to be removed

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, very friendly housekeeping and cooks, breakfast was amazing! Most of the staff were so nice, especially evening staff

The floor in our room was very dirty it left our feet almost black, one staff member in the front wasnt very pleasant, a staff was cleaning the front of the building and I slipped and fell along with my 1 year old toddler she fell and hit her head and I fell and hurt my knee very badly yes there was a warning sign but he was mopping the flooring outside in the front in the middle of a rain storm which was confusing he was very nice and helped me up it wasn't his fault obviously but why did they have him cleaning the outside floor in the middle of a rainstorm??? Also they need more ice machines there are none on the bottom floor. Also there is only one entrance onto the property at night they close the other gate you have to drive completely around to reach it, not sure if this is done for security reasons.
