Disappointed there was no breakfast but the service, friendliness and cleanliness were top notch.

I love staying here. The staff are so friendly, it’s clean, quiet, the rooms are big and the beds are so comfy.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. The air conditioning came on but a quiet hum not big loud clicking on and off. We are traveling cross country and this was our favorite place.

Big rooms, big bathrooms, very comfortable beds and I love that there was a kitchenette! Pool area is also good. Stairs are in a convenient location if you do not want to use the elevator. Hotel location seems very safe, was not worried about my car. Convenience to local restaurants or hopping on the highway was nice! Soaps provided were quality. Silverware provided in the kitchenette is great for when you order in! I highly recommend this hotel for the value, and the cons I list can mostly be looked over imo.

Honestly the rooms weren't as clean as they could have been. I had 2 rooms for this trip. One room had animal poo under the bed. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I love that, but you would think they'd check under beds since pets can get under there. In my other room, I accidentally turned on the garbage disposal thinking it was a light, and the disposal clearly had something in it. It was a baby bottle top. I can see how that'd be missed, no one wants to stick their hand down a disposal, but I could see it with a light and got it out of there. Oh and around 1 AM the fridge started making a high pitched whining noise that I think all fridges do, but this was loud enough to wake me up. It lasted about an hour. And finally, the water for the shower did not get as hot as I expected, and the pressure wasn't the best.

Front desk employees were rude. Place was over run by contruction workers who ran the place. The laundry facilities were dirty and not free

i usually like staying here but this time, it was bad

Upon arrival, someone else’s body scrubber was laying on the floor. Our toilet wasn’t flushing and it was clogged. Alerted hotel in the morning, came back at night and it was still clogged. I had to borrow a plunger to unclog it ourselves.
