Clean and spacious room in a great location - walking distance to the square and state street.

Breakfast could be improved with vegan options (e.g. non dairy milks, oatmeal, more fruit)

Closeness to downtown. Clean and friendly.

My wife didn’t sleep well because of noisy AC.

The free breakfast was quite good and changed slightly every day. The location is good for anyone with activities in the downtown/Capitol Square area.

Not a big deal, but kind of weird that the door to the bathroom bumps the toilet when you close it. You have to be pretty 'deliberate' to close it. At some point the repeated banging on the toilet is going to make it start leaking at the floor seal.

Great location

Standards were very low in relation to price. Heating a/c was what you find in cheap motels, long term stay and they only came every three days to clean and deliver coffee, etc. , no lotion in room, one small shelf in shower, no makeup mirror and mirrors were far away.

Convenient to downtown

I was expecting much more for the price. Rooms had not great room heaters/air conditioners, not enough shelves in showers for own stuff, service only came every three days for long term stays (so no refills on coffee, etc.). Very basic hotel for expensive costs. Sheets also kept pulling off the bed. No lotions, etc. very basic coffee snd breakfast was eh…

Step on the pool missing a screw, an incident almost incurred, told the lady at the front desk but didn’t resolve the problem right away.

location and size of rooms

this is the second time that I have been missed charged at this location. I had a hotel room booked through Booking.com that I canceled. Rather than cancelling the reservation from a month out, they charged me for the stay 1250.00-let me be clear. This was a cancellation a month before I was even supposed to stay there. It was supposed to be a no fee cancellation. Instead, but I got from this hotel for the rooms that I never even stayed in. So I had to contact the hotel and then dance to get them to take that charge off of my account that they were not supposed to charge at all. They can’t even explain why I was charged for that room. It gets even better, rather than refunding me they charge me again. So as of this moment this hotel has charged me $2500 for a state that I canceled the month in advance.

Lobby and room was beautiful. Location was really cool too.

It's was clean and everyone was super sweet. Nice breakfast.

The beds and pillows were just so uncomfortable. For the price of the stay, I expected more. It was probably the least comfortable hotel bed experience I've had. I ended up sleeping on the couch two of the three nights.
