Front desk were nice people, willing to work with you
Dirty- taking off your shoes gave you visible black dust on your feet. Bug in “clean” folded towel. Location seemed sketchy/unsafe

Staff was friendly enough
Tile flooring(cold & noisy) no microwave & only 1 chair to sit in(not good for a couple. Big drain hole as you enter the parking lot that at night is hard to see.

Meijer store within walking distance, Burger King also.
The floor was filthy dirty, the room smelled musty, and aluminum strip on floor in bath area was loose and sticking up. Sharp edges. The shower curtain barely prevents water from splashing onto floor. The flimsy curtain also needs a liner for better protection. Bed sheets and pillow cases did not feel fresh.

Room design was second rate. Didn't eat breakfast. Noisy, on a busy highway. Someone called our room in the middle of night to complain our car was running.....it was not. Had a $50 deposit for any damages to room which was waived for us.

Clean standard motel room. Friendly staff. There is a really nice place for breakfast just next to the motel.

I was on my own and checked in after 10pm. The hotel was in what seemed like a very industrial area of the city and I was a little nervous being a middle aged woman staying by myself. The man that checked me in was super friendly and helpful. He pointed out that my room was very close to the office and all the room doors were on a closed circuit surveillance system so he could see if anyone approached my door. That made me feel much better. The room wasn't super fancy, didn't have a bunch of extras, but was clean and smelled nice. I was happy considering the price for basically just needing somewhere to sleep overnight!
Maybe having a coffee pot and coffee pouches in the room? There was a mini fridge, but it wasn't plugged in and I didn't have snacks or need to use it.

Gave me a double instead of a King after I had verified the reservation for a King.
They did correct that.
They tried to not refund my $50 depisit but did after I proved I paid it.

Went to with ri at 6:30 am and house keeping left my door wide open?? Returned at 6:00 pm and found it!! How long was all my stuff ready for the taken???

tv wouldnt work, wifi didnt have internet and the room stunk

The guests next to our room were very loud. We asked the front desk to take care of it. They tried, but the loudness continued (even after 1:30am). We asked the front desk again, to not avail. We decided to leave in the middle of the night and requested a refund. The front desk refunded 60% of the cost of the room. There is no reason guests should put up other noisy guests. This indicated a lack of authority.
