The Hotel was beautiful and had a really nice restaurant. You have a beautiful view of mountains.

Friendly front desk lady . She was very friendly and also gave us water & cookies as a welcome.

The breakfast area was clean and spacious but didn’t like the breakfast , unfortunately. Stale croissant & stale muffins .

walls transmitted even soft sounds from the adjoining rooms. parking was ten dollars. nearby spaces were only for compact cars. there weren't anymore welcome cookies when we checked in.

The first room looked out on the freeway so I asked if we could have a room with a view and the person on the desk very kindly offered us another room with a better view. Also another desk clerk printed something out for me that I needed and was unable to print myself.

Windows were dirty, but that is understandable since it recently rained. The interior was spotless. There was a hole in the wall where the phone plugs in. No TV guide. Pool not heated.

They only clean the room if you put in a request. The parking was supposed to be free, but cost ten dollars a day.

Check-in is very late. 4 pm is not a good check-in time. Usually, everywhere I go check-in is from 2-3. This is terrible. And when I asked if I can check out an hour after the original check-out time the staff was not polite and denied me. At night I kept getting phone calls from the front desk which disturbed our sleep. But they didn't care.

Our room was on the first floor and you can hear the people walking above. Was difficult to get sleep when people are constantly walking until 3am. The ceiling was making creaking sounds.

i like everything about it. The front desk staff was very welcoming and remembered me from my last visit in July of 2023. The rooms are spacious and very clean. great ambience, as well as in room dining.
