very nice, Shunay at the front desk was polite and professional.

the side door wasn’t closed all the way when I went back out a couple times. just a small security/safety issue. but no big deal

The employees were wonderful they fixed a situation that Booking.com could and apparently wouldn't fix!

The hotel said it had a roof top and it didn't they also said they had a bar and didn't. Aloft and Booking.com I hold accountable update your info...ASAP plz and thank you!✌🏾

We didn't eat breakfast. The staff was amazing! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Doors slamming! People when they would leave their room the doors slams starting as early as 5:30am.

The room was amazing and had an amazing view. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, we were able to walk to Bricktown and had a lovely time.

The shower was missing shelves.

It was quieter than I expected

Our room door had been broken into with a crowbar and never repaired- it was a good value but the carpet had no padding and the hallways and doorways looked neat up.

The location and that was all.

The hotel is going thru some renovations but there was stuff all over our ceiling, missing sections of the wall in the hallway, you have perfectly stocked bar and it not open so should sell cans of beer, no one to help with luggage. Major winter storm and the walkways, front sidewalks were not shoveled or even salted. The exterior building lights were only partially working. We asked prior to check in to be moved off second floor aka pet floor, didn't happen.

Lives up to Aloft standards- great layout, amenities, and comfortable bed. As a bonus is located next to a dog park.
