Best location and amenities

Restaurant and store were not open according to the hours posted.

Right across from cruise ship departure point

Charged twice for same rooms and accounting department hasn’t got back to me after two weeks and three phone calls!

Location and view of harbor.

The room was dirty and very tired, the property is in need of an update. Dirty smudges, carpet old and dirty, Hall carpets have ripples and need replaced or re fitted. Shower had mold growing in corners, sink was extremely slow to drain. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Just a very unpleasant feeling. Basic things were overlooked. Drawers of dresser wouldn’t stay closed unless you folded a piece of paper and jammed it between them. Breakfast at restaurant in lobby was horrible. Really not one to complain but it was not what we were expecting from a Wyndham property.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the view of the harbor was awesome!!! The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was old but functional.

Luis, at the the front desk and manager Chris. Wonderful, accommodating front desk manager and front desk miracle workers that have a flair for making people welcomed and valued. They take extra steps to make sure guests are happy with all desires. We booked in early, and accommodations were made for our early arrival. They changed our room without a second thought after we were unhappy with our first room.. (we paid for a bigger room). All was made right by them, upgrading to a beautiful room on an upper floor.

Strange placement of lighting switches. None very accessible at night after being out all day and returning at night to dark, hard to find light switches. Sunday and Monday front desk staff was rude and just not so helpful.

Great location

Rooms were run down, small, and dark rooms. My room was just next to air conditioning equipment so the view was mostly just that. Essentially no lobby or central location besides chain resaurants.

Location was fantastic.

The staff was rude, unhelpful much of the time. The gym was shut down the entire time during our stay due rain with zero urgency - they’re reasoning being that the rain seeped into the gym and it wasn’t useable. The equipment is old and outdated as well, if this is something important to someone thinking of staying there.

Als ik vergelijk met ca 4 jaar terug is er niets veranderd, alleen de prijs is een stuk hoger. Het lijkt alsof onderhoud op een laag pitje staat

部屋の清掃を怠っでいて、4泊5日のうちリクエストした１回だけ清掃が入りました。部屋の水は１本７ドルの有料だったらしいが、有料の表示がないのでクレームつけました。最悪なのはエアコンの騒音。眠れないので部屋を替えて欲しいと頼みましたが、どの部屋も騒音がひどく、諦めました。

Noisy, Smells from street and ships and restaurants fill the room, Sees and heard too much of the street. We were there for the bay view and serenity. Was too busy around

Great location, walking distance to Midway

Room looked like a soda can exploded on the wall and was not cleaned. Bathroom shower and floor was dirty with hair.

Armida was phenomenal she took care of my check in. She was kind, hospitable and knowledgeable about the hotel services and amenities If you want returning customer definitely keep her at the front desk and keep her happy Happy employees = Happy customers Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to many places, example food, attractions & if you wanted to get away from all the hustle & bustle you can come back to your room and relax from it all

Our linens had wholes in them not huge tears but big enough to notice and that was not a good experience. The restroom door in our room opened perfectly into the closet area and caused 2 of my family members to get their fingers stuck between the door and the wall and got fingers hurt

Location is very nice located near some awesome locations and places to eat staff was very friendly

Room looked very outdated the tv remote was grimy and dint really work properly and tower 3 where we stayed outside front entrance smelled like urine

I liked my room and it was nice. The view from my room was magnificent and my bed was really comfortable. If I return to San Diego I'll definitely come back to this hotel!

The shower spraying out in my bedroom was slow and it needs more improvement like making the water spray out a little faster.
