The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Location was excellent, it is central to the city and the places we needed to go. You have to pay for breakfast so we skipped that. This hotel is more like a motel with outside entrances to the rooms. There were not very many guests so it was very quiet during our stay. The price was within our budget.
The room wasn't cleaned the week that we stayed, sheets weren't changed and we had to purchase our own toilet paper. We had to call and wait to get registered as there wasn't an employee in the lobby -which was locked our entire stay. We had booked ahead of time but the manager couldn't decide which room to put us in, so it felt like they weren't really prepared for our stay.

The location was very close to my event. The price was good compared to other hotels in the area, especially during this event.
The physical plant is old though everything worked as it should. Not enough electrical outlets for modern day travelers. I had to unplug lamps to charge devices.

the location was fine and near what we needed and you could tell they were trying to work on renovations.

The room seemed very clean and beautifully appointed. The shower was exceptional…lots of hot water and great water pressure.
The room was very cold when I arrived. It wasn’t immediately clear how to warm the space.

The non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray. All my clothes still stink. The room was dirty, the furniture was old, and the drop ceiling was coming apart. For the price I expected a MUCH nicer hotel.

the hotel had a lot of vacancy and I had people right next to me that I could easily hear through walls.

Staff were courteous. Was near my assignment and only rooms available at last minute for reasonable price.
I could not get shower/tub to work no matter how I tried. To their credit staff called me back and said it worked when they tried it.
Bed sheets looked old and thin. They should have been white and crisp.

The beds were somewhat comfortable. The hotel was in a decent location. There was plenty of parking. There were plenty of clean towels in the room.
The room smelled like alcohol and cigarette smoke, even though it looked clean. The bathtub glaze was peeling. The fitted sheet was not deep enough for the mattress.

Rooms were not clean. The pillows seemed to be 20 years old. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Hotel should rethink renting room 100 for the price they did. Sticking bathroom door needed to be yanked to open. Tub had remanants of no slip strips (I hope). Rust along heating units. Torn lampshades. Rust along bottom of light above vanity. Drawers in cabinet would not open. Old dirty ceiling tiles.

I left my wedding ring on the sink and drove 250 miles to my final destination. When I realized I didn’t have it, I called and it had been delivered to the front desk, who agreed to mail it to me free of charge😊

Run down. No one there. It was the Bates Motel.

Location was great near main street. Bedding was new and very comfortable. Nice touches with the window treatments.
Cleanliness could have been improved. But was adequate.

Luke at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. He said the place is under construction so the room options were limited. Us and drunk lady seemed to be the only ones there.
No ice machine, drinks in the lobby (coffee nor juice/water). Heater vents had the covers rusted off. Under the beds had not been vacuumed in....a long time. Mini fridge in room was also broken so we couldn't keep the beverages we bought cold. Outlets without covers, sketchy mattresses and bedding. Drunk lady upstairs screaming obscenities from her balcony all night.

95 degrees in June and the pool is still closed. Hard to find. There's no signage.

The proximity to Bucknell campus.
It needs some updating. The drop ceilings look like they need to be updated and the tub definitely needs to be replaced or reglazed. The updating process has been started though as the was a new vanity
