Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious also.

Only issue was with the restaurant downstairs. There were some issues w an order and it took so long we just asked for a refund. They were understanding about it. I think he mentioned there were some training issues about how to handle certain orders? Anyways, that was really the only issue experienced.

It's shame, that breakfast was NOT included.

no shuttle service for our 11:15 pm arrival, despite being told on the phone by staff we would be picked up, and no local taxi service either. we were rescued by an Uber customer willing to share his ride to the hotel. the check in staffer denied telling airport guest services a shuttle was coming for us when I overheard her say exactly that.

Great value and the staff could be better. They were friendly and helpful. Went out of there way to help us have a good experience there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Little cafe/bar was yummy and servers were awesome. I love baths and there was one in room. TV worked.

Location. It was farther from Asheville than expected

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to the airport and an abundance of restaurants within walking or driving distance. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and situated. Also has a small restaurant with coffee bar and mixed drinks.
