Breakfast was good for hotel

Friday morning, I loved the plain scrambled eggs with sausage patties. Condiments and potatoes offered on the side. Waffles were great. Beverage choices were great. My room was clean and looked & smelled clean, even the shower. My room was spacious and well-arranged. I don't have pics; would have liked to attach short one minutes video.

Saturday morning, I did not like the flavor of the eggs; I think that was chorizo & eggs mixed. Wanted plain scrambled eggs. Good to have condiments and potatoes on the side. Waffles were great. Beverage choices were great. I did not like about my room was the dim lighting in the bathroom, around the mirror. Need brighter light to apply makeup. Even with both switches on, there is not sufficient makeup lighting. Also, the shower water pressure was constantly fluctuating in my 4th floor shower.

Pool and elevator were broke first day had to carry luggage upstairs but second day they were fixed

Breakfast was the only problem with this faculty. Every other thing is exceptional. The staff members at the front desk were friendly but won’t go an extra mile. I had some problems wt my flight and got into town after midnight. Couldn’t get a taxi out of the airport, called a couple of times but they won’t help

Hotel is centrally located…with easy access to Highways 77 and 83. Amenities are great…with full kitchen (select rooms). Staff is professional and highly responsive, especially front desk. Everything for the traveler can be found here.

Breakfast was good. Location is good.

We rented the place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and it was such a dissapointment, we left a day earlier because of that. The day that we arrived we wanted to use the pool but it was full of people that were not staying at the hotel. The next day we tried to use the pool and enjoy the day, and the pool was cloudy and dirty full of debris like eyelashes, hair and insects. We advise the supervisor Shawn Ayala and he completely disregard our concerns saying " it's not that bad". At that moment we decided to check out a day earlier and asked for Corporate number because we felt that our concerns were falling on deaf ears.

The property has not been up keep pool look like a swamp grass hasn’t been cut elevator smell like wet dog barbecue pit nasty

I booked a place because it had a pool and a barbecue pit very disappointing it looks like the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a week or so and the barbecue pit look like I hadn’t been cleaned in over a month so my plans to use the pool and the pit was a disappointment I complain to the staff and management and all I got was excuses excuses
